Un Small Arms Treaty Seeks Your Helplessness

The UN wants to establish a global dictatorship. It’s first step: the Small Arms Treaty.

The UN wants a one-world dictatorship.  To achieve that, the UN will continue trying to convince the American and other governments to sign the UN Small Arms Treaty.  Recently, according to an NRA news release, Hilary Clinton mentioned the Obama administration’s intention to negotiate a new small arms treaty with the UN.

Wisely rejected by the Bush administration, the Small Arms Treaty will make it more difficult for Americans to legally buy firearms.  The Treaty will do that by creating higher financial costs and complicated bureaucratic licensing processes.  The Treaty will also create an international gun registry scheme that will eventually ban guns nationwide.

The Treaty’s socialist leftwing advocates will pretend that this treaty is for opposing  terrorists.  In fact, they tried convincing the Bush administration that they merely wanted to ban the selling of weapons to other countries that might use them for terrorism.

However, the UN treaty’s advocates made no distinction between freedom-fighting countries receiving the weapons and terror regimes receiving them.  That was one reason why the former Bush administration rejected the UN’s Treaty.  Had it succeeded, the UN Small Arms Treaty would have banned firearms for free nations and hampered their defensive efforts against terrorists (who acquire their weapons illegally).

If Obama meets UN expectations to adopt the Small Arms Treaty for domestic and international considerations, Obama will be violating our Second Amendment rights.  The UN Treaty requires that the US government confiscate guns from law-abiding Americans—something Obama wants.

That is extremely wrong since the Second Amendment is justified by our natural right of self-defense.  Since guns help us implement that right, the second amendment is just and must not be violated—not by our government nor by the UN.

Furthermore, the Founding Fathers viewed our Bill of Rights as representing “natural rights.”  That is, rights we have by nature which exist prior to, or independently of, the existence of government.  Therefore, a government can not justifiably “give” or “take away” our rights, including our Second Amendment right.  If the Obama administration signs the Small Arms Treaty and submits to UN rule, the second amendment stipulation becomes wrongfully nullified.

Taking our guns will make it easier for Obama’s regime to oppress us through his civilian “police” force (Obama’s version of Hitler’s S.S).  History shows this can happen as when Hitler conquered the Austrian people after he confiscated their firearms.

In another parallel to the Nazis, the UN tries gaining voluntary agreement for the treaty.  Hitler did the same thing with German civilians and the later voted his regime into power.  That proves the mere right to vote does not guarantee “democracy”.

Moreover, our Founding Fathers fought to make us Independent from rule by a foreign power.  Whereas it was King George’s dictatorship during the 1700s, it is now the UN.  America’s current administration must respect this tradition of Independence and keep America free from unconstitutional influence –let alone conquest—by foreign institutions and nations.

However, Obama, like his pastor Jeremiah Wright, hates America and it’s Independence.  If successful, the UN’s Small Arms scheme will make it easier for its blue-helmeted “peace-keepers” to “police” dependent countries.

Further, Obama, like the Nazis, is a leftwing Socialist.  Hitler’s political party was the National Socialist Party before they renamed themselves “Nazis.”  Hence, we must recognize that socialism breeds tyranny and prevent Obama from signing the treaty.  We can do that by writing to our senators and push them into opposing the UN Small Arms Treaty.

You are being naive on a couple of levels. First off, our senators and congressmen don’t listen to us now. They have their own agendas, and make no effort to conceal that fact any longer. Secondly, all the protests, letters to elected officials, town halls with the POTUS won’t stop the Secretary of State from offhandedly signing away our rights. The language of the document (treaty) needs to be “consensus” (the actual US requirement for signing and ratifying the treaty). When that occurs, overnight we will lose our rights and be forced to embrace tyranny like we did 235 years ago. Lastly, with all of the legal gun owners in the US currently feeling oppressed by this administration, it would be WWIII to try and confiscate their weapons. Treaty, mandate, presidential decree — it won’t make a difference. Remember, Presidents and Politicians can still be lynched. Even in the twenty-first century.

the thing is that all the years I was growing up and something happened the usual response was why doesnt the government do some thing. Well they have done some thing it is called screwed us all over. A bunch of you thought by voting this guy in was going to lead to change and hope. well how is that working out for you? Right now i am more broke than I have ever been and I blame these socialists called the democrats. Now they want my guns when we have people on the net calling for the mexicans revolting against the white people in this country. I do not and will not advocate the taking of a human life but how much will go on before I will be forced to change my mind about things. It is my right and duty to protect my family and home. It says it in the bible. All you have to do is read. We need to get rid of the latest round of the Clintons, yes I said the clintons. Now the wonderfull UN is going for broke by taking over more and more of our lives. Wake up america and lets take our country back!
