   It also means that each community would be responsible for taking care of the needy, hungry, homeless and the elderly within it and not ignoring them as though they don’t exist anymore. I believe there should be a state and federal incentive program where the community that can alleviate the problem with the most creative and positive proven answers should be rewarded for a job well done; and I don’t mean sending them elsewhere to become someone else’s headache because you don’t want to deal with the problem. I mean literally every person within your community eating a minimum of three meals per day; people in need whether it be clothing, bedding, furniture or what ever is given them; homeless being homeless no longer yet not being used as guinea pigs or some hospital’s schemes and the elderly properly looked after.

   It would also mean that anyone owning apartments, housing or buildings of any kind would have to be made to adhere to the laws of the community and state to which the building is in. Depending on the community requirements and state requirements any slum lord would be made to adhere to and abide by the law in which the building sits all fines, fees and retributions would go to that community in which the structure sits. In cases like that the state should back the community for which it represents.

   Basically the community representative would no longer be in name or title only but must perform actual duties for their people. A town mayor is suppose to do more then rake in the hard earned money of his or her township and waves with a smile in some parade somewhere. Local authorities are the people’s voices to their state authorities and are the mediator between the people and the state.

   The state officials are supposed to be promoting their state and its finest qualities to create an income for it as a whole. Whether it is a state predominantly for agriculture as in farming and ranching, a state of commerce, a state of imports and exports or whatever the main theme of your state and its strengths may be. State officials are to represent the people within their states to the main frame government meaning the White House and all that it entails.

   Can you already see the problem with in our own government structure? Let me point it out to you very bluntly then; most people have no clue whom is representing them. Most people couldn’t tell you their representative’s name much less how to reach them. Most people are not even aware that they can “kick the bums” out of office if the elected representatives are not doing their jobs. People walk around as though they have no choice in the matter when in fact they have choices to make. Those facts are not exactly publicized; can you guess why?

   No local official should be thinking in terms of “global” anything! Local officials are there to serve the people of their community. State officials should be more concerned with exports then imports for financial purposes of their states, bringing in revenue and the protection of the people within it; not “global” concerns. Here is the kicker people; every state has the sovereign right to tell the main frame government no if their requests are not right for its people.

   It is this fact which I believe to be the reason for the main frame government to want to rewrite the Constitution of the United States. Within this document is the key liberating the states from any pressures placed upon any state that is not in accordance with the people of their state; we are united in that our borders touch one another and in sympathy to common causes but all states fly at least two flags; their state flag and the American Flag. Now you know the truth of the story.
