We Have to Always Observe What are Eaten by Our Children
Our children, especially at the beginning of growth need of a nutritious and healthy food. How healthy our children in the future determined at the age of growth.
Children, especially between the ages of 2-10 years, loved the food which they felt comfortable. But we must keep an eye on them while eating, because not all food they eat healthy. Like it or not we as parents should involve themselves and control over what they eat.
