What is Really Going on?

There are things going on which are not like what we normally see.

I think the most important topic which is of the greatest interest today is that of illegal aliens

coming into the country from Mexico. The borders should be protected and enforced by our

troops which are still otherwise stationed abroad. They should come home and

be stationed along the Mexican and Canadian borders. Aliens also take jobs which legal

aliens, and American Citizens would take in our volatile economy.

I want to address the issue of illegal aliens and traffic into the United States. There is plenty of evidence

that illegal aliens go through the permeable border of the U.S. from Mexico and other countries.

They can get through the Southwestern borders since there is not too much security or a wall

or series of walls to stop them from coming in. There is also a plan to build a Trans-American highway

that would go from Mexico to Canada via Texas and some states in the Midwest. Illegals can hop

into trucks and cars in Mexico, even those that enter Mexico from other countries. They would

carry drugs, merchandise, and diseases that can come in with them. None of this will be shown

as true by the media, the U.S. Congress, Senate, and the Executive Branch.

I am concerned about this because I could lose a job due to an illegal alien taking my place

in the service associate or other positions I can get in a retail setting. The alien could take my

food stamps, medical care, and education. This should not be allowed. Too many public officials,

no names mentioned, may take action to allow illegals to come in the U.S. They do it partially

to allow for cheap labor in jobs that many legal aliens and American Citizens wouldn’t normally

do such as custodial, meat packing, farm labor, and similar low-skilled jobs. Now that the

economy is bad, even American Citizens would be happy to take those jobs because of

the general lack of jobs which are available.

Illegals should meet strict requirements when attempting to come into our country. They should

go back to their own countries and get proper documentation if they want to come to the U.S.

If they do not, they should be deported. They must be willing to take citizenship classes,

medical care, sanitation requirements and cooperate with the border and other police

forces. If they do not cooperate, they should be deported.

In conclusion, I submit that the illegal alien issue is one of the most important ones for

Americans to deal with. If it is not solved, problems will increase.
