Why Don’t You Have a Job Yet?

by poetryman69 in Issues, November 17, 2009

Obama’s stimulus money is being spent on non-existent people in non-existent places.

The first clue that Obama’s counting of  650,000 jobs “saved” or created was bogus was that no reputable economist recognizes the term “saved job.”  The second clue that the stimulus was bogus is that Obama claimed that we had to quickly pass the stimulus to keep unemployment below 8%.  Unemployment is now 10.2% and climbing.  The final clue that the stimulus was bogus is that to date, only 14% of the stimulus money has been spent.   Most of the stimulus funds will be used to purchase the 2010 elections.  Your tax money will be used to buy our vote.    So Washington DC doesn’t need you working until you can show your gratitude at the polls.

So it should come as no surprise that according to the Washington Examiner, at least 75,000 of the “created or saved jobs” that Obama has claimed are completely bogus.  The President has suggested that his will be first administration in history to create a new government program that  willsave billions of dollars in waste, fraud and abuse–namely health care reform.  Perhaps the President should begin his fraud seeking efforts in the counting of stimulus jobs.  It turns out that non-existent people in non-existent congressional districts were counted.  Money that was given for pay raises for people who were already working was counted as new jobs created.  Also some of the money math just doesn’t add up.   On some of the new jobs estimates if you divide the number of jobs into the money spent on the jobs you get that each person earned less than one dollar.

What we have in this fiasco over the stimulus jobs is an example of how Obama would manage health care.    It appears that you had better make sure your affairs are in order and that your will is up to date before Obama’s health care reform is put into to place.  It seems that we may get imaginary cures to real diseases.

If we are going to borrow and print all trillions of dollars, shouldn’t it be spent for something more than paying community organizers to organize imaginary people?  Where is your bonus, your bailout, your job?
