Why Hfcs Fatten

Wheatfield, and their paying advertisers, the American Dietetic Association, would like people to think that high fructose corn syrup, or HFCs, and it is natural to be like any other form of fructose. This is simply untrue.

Corn syrup is made from grains and fruits. Most of the natural, HFCS fructose is consumed in the fruits. And ‘irresponsible thinking chemically modify the grain of sugar would work the same way it would be natural fruit sugar in the body. HFCS is present in an alarming number of processed foods. It ‘very hard to find a food label, which does not contain HFCS. Prevalence of HFCS in processed foods is terrible, and is largely responsible for the prevalence of diabetes, food allergies, metabolic disorders and around the world.

Although HFCS can be found in almost all processed foods (and corn is present in other forms elsewhere), the most common method of delivery, HFCS is a liquid remains the same. This is harmful for the body because the sugar is consumed in conjunction with the fiber, so it is freely absorbed by the body immediately. HFCS also does not stimulate insulin, leptin, or body grehlin. Low insulin secretion leads to diabetes. Fats and grehlin along with the signal that the body has had enough to eat. Fat acts as a receptor to suppress appetite. Leptin suppresses the production of HFCS for several hours after ingestion, when the feeling of insatiable consumer and saturation can be obtained. HFCS is also affected by grehlin. Grehlin is a hormone that signals fullness in the stomach when a person has consumed enough food.

Since HFCS inhibits both hormones, the consumer will feel the HFC very hungry, but there is no mechanism to let them know that they have eaten enough food. It is not difficult to see how this could lead to obesity.

And ‘misleading to compare HFCS to sugar, or sucrose, HFCs, but that’s what the fans want the public to believe. They are the lobbying capacity of HFC-label “corn sugar”, to move the risk of misleading the public into thinking that consume sucrose instead of HFCs. Fructose converted into more fat than any other sugar. Loyola University researchers have also noted that preadipose cells (fat cells in adulthood) children who were exposed to HFCS, and age more quickly than those exposed to glucose. In practice, mature into fat cells fatter than those exposed to regular sugar. They were also resistant to insulin.

Corn is ubiquitous in processed foods

Corn is not only excessively present in processed foods by overexploitation of HFCS. It is present in corn oil, corn starch, modified starch, vegetable oil, and thousands of other additives. Even if a person was to avoid grains and processed foods, which would have to change the way they buy most of their meat, beef cattle are fed corn diets. “Grain” Meat is not desirable for the label the consumer is led to believe.

HFCS has led to obesity, diabetes, kidney disease, osteoporosis, and hypoglycemia, but what is the result of sweeping the prevalence of corn in the Western diet? Overuse of any element of a diet always leads to nutritional deficiencies, allergies and food intolerances. When maize was introduced in the American diet, which led to pellagra, anemia and other deficiencies. Corn is not a complete food. It is deficient in at least two amino acids. HFCS, like other processed sugars, devoid of all nutrients except for carbohydrates. And consumption is high. HFCS is the main source of calories in the United States. What is interesting, given that fat calories are 250% from carbohydrates.

Many people may be allergic to corn and not know yet. Allergy symptoms are not always anaphylaxis. They can have digestive problems, swelling and inflammation (increased “fat” appearance), an intense need to allergens, skin rashes, eczema, sleep disorders, mood disorders, leaky gut syndrome, and a host of other symptoms . A good way to determine if a person is allergic to reduce allergens in the diet at least two weeks, then introduce the diet and control their symptoms. To cut the corn of the plan would mean a steady diet of whole foods and grass fed meats, eggs, non-vegetarians, and grass-fed dairy products. It is equally difficult to remove the corn in the diet, as it is to remove gluten. It requires a complete change of lifestyle.

The demand for HFCs and corn products is also adding to agricultural practices that are harmful to the environment. Maize is grown in monoculture, which means that there are millions of acres in the United States solely dedicated to the culture of a thing. It is against nature tip the balance through diversity. To grow corn in this way, it is necessary to use pesticides, chemical fertilizers, irrigation and often. This affects the environment, the economy and the lives of farmers so that they are increasingly difficult to reverse the more you use it. Most of the corn is genetically modified. GM products are not labeled and are so new that it is impossible to know the extent of evil in the people and the environment.

HFCS makes people fat and sick. Because it tastes good and the limits of the body’s ability to feel full, people are being left to be bigger and sicker. Pressure groups can change food laws and food manufacturers can find new ways to hide and fructose corn in their food, and there is little the public can do to stop them. The only real power in the hands of the public is not in politics or lobbying is their consumption habits. If the public continues to buy and consume HFCS producers will notice and public lands, and the economy begins to heal
