9 More Crazy Examples of Why English is the Most Hilarious Language to Learn 2
Another installation of hilarious English Signs.
This first installation here created quite a stir. Comments indicated that ninety-eight percent of people agreed that learning English can be extremely funny, especially when expressions present with totally different meanings from that which was actually intended.
We don’t mind though, because for us, these misappropriations yield for us, finished products like these:

So why is English such a hilarious language to learn?

Answer 1: We learn verbs by playing a game of “look out – knock head,” you miss one verb, you have to run into a red iron bar once, you miss two verbs, the bar makes contact twice, you miss three…

Answer 2: We learn our opposites with obvious visual prompts.

Answer 3: English Speakers deep fry everything, so this is why the first exam is a cooking one! For your tasks you are required to, A. Fry innards, B. Eat innards, C. Wash it down with cider.

Answer 4: First oral exam requirement – chat up holy men and lead them astray with caffeine saturated drinks. You succeed, you pass Elementary English. You don’t, you get to join them.

Answer 5: The first task of Intermediate English is a map test. You’re required to use a map to find your way to secret locations…

Answer 6: … And sinister ones.

Answer 7: Intermediate English concludes with an exciting task of teaching your dog to read.

Answer 8: Then a fun, informal chat in French (the French sign reads, “Yes we chatted about it in French.”)

Answer 9: You know that you are more than ready to learn Advanced English when you’re allowed to write your very own English sign which doesn’t make sense.
Yes! Learning this English course is fun all the way through!

I admire people who are bilingual because speaking one language can be difficult enough but when we try to communicate in multi-languages down right hillarious.
Your pictures are great finds. Fantastic job.

You have to wonder what else that last sign says…maybe it’s making no sense at all in FOUR languages (Chinese, Korean, Japanese and English).
