7. When a woman (and sometimes man) blinking rate increases – This could mean that the person is lying, but if there is no lie to be told, then there is a good chance that the person’s butterfly lashes means he or she is nervous around you. This action followed by looking away (probably due to shyness) can actually be a good sign that he or she likes you, but is nervous around you. Continue talking to him or her and if it is clear that they stick around to hear what you say, they probably like you. On the other hand, if you give them a way out of conversation and they take it, chances are they don’t.

8. When a man or woman’s pupils increase in size – This is rather straightforward and can often be misinterpreted due to low lighting,  but if the lighting is right and you notice eyes so bright and big, you might be onto something.

9. When a man stutters, strings words together, or licks his lips often – These are all signs that a man is nervous and is set on trying to say the right thing without sounding like an idiot, but ultimately sounds like one when it backfires. This isn’t the case very often, but if you notice a sudden change from normal conversation skills to very bland and awkward ones around you, you might be in luck despite what your first impression might be.

10. Triangulation – This body language is a very important indicator whether or not someone likes you, again, more likely apparent in women than men. This attraction triangle starts at one of your eyes, then moves you your other eye, and then back to your original eye. This is the motion your eye might travel if you are examining the face of someone you are attracted to. On the other hand, if the person you are looking at is a good friend or unattractive, your eyes will generally stay set on his or her eyes and won’t wander down past the nose. An even greater indication that someone is attracted to you is if this triangle of eye contact is extended down to the toes instead of the mouth. It’s very similar to the look down that many people already know to be a seductive sign, but it generally occurs when you aren’t looking at the person. Once caught in the act, the person will generally look back at your eyes before pretending as though nothing happened by looking away, most likely in the direction that you were looking beforehand.
