Is Bad Language Really Bad?
by Why is it such a taboo to swear these days?
I find swearing fantastic, I feel that it’s a good way on putting emphasis into my speech and sometimes adding a little comedic value too, so why should I find that some people find that swearing is negative in any way?
There are some people whom insist that swearing is an indication of a lack of vocabulary which i find is nonsense, in fact i consider myself to have an extensive vocabulary, without having a bloaty head. Of course this is within reason, if someone was to swear 5 times in a 6 work sentence that that would be ridiculous, but used appropriately it can broaden the meanings in your speech.
Some people refer to it as being unnecessary, but most things are unnecessary in life, for example computers, earrings, cosmetics, it’s in the same boat, people whom think these this are fucking ridiculous to say the least!

And let me make you an analogy for why swearing is bad. Say you have just invented the atomic bomb. You use it once, hoping to end a war quickly. It works but the devastation is INCREDIBLE!!!
After seeing all the buildings that were destroyed, all the lives that were lost, and all the aftershocks soon after, you pledge never to use the bomb again, except in absolute emergencies.
Years later, your children are caught in a war, and they feel it’s an abosulute emergency. But they never saw the devastation from that first strike but they’ve heard all about what happened. So they use the bomb, they’re more careful where they shoot it, and they win the war.
Your enemy then starts building bombs too, so you have build stronger ones. Finally, the arms race reaches its peak. You can go no further without starting a nuke war and everyone dying. Now what?
So you build shields. You build a nuclear shield, get your opponent mad, and now it doesn’t matter how many bombs he launches because your shield can withstand them! Now we can go al out nuke war and nobody gets hurt, right? Sound like a happy ending?
But when the bomb hits, it may make no damage to buildings bt it still spreads radiation through the air! You’re poisoning your own air every time you launch a bomb and thus your own people are suffering! But you get used to it, the radiation won’t kill, just mutate and make you look ugly.
One day, one country accidentaly angers you and you declare war. But everyone is so used to fighting with bombs and shields, it never occurs to you that they have none! So you launch the bombs… and they are utterly slaughtered. Back to way it was before.
Now replace every bomb in this story with swearing. Guess what?
