Learn Another Language Completely Free Through Your Local Library

Hey everyone, I am sharing one of my great finds with those who are interested in learning another language, but cannot afford it.

Hey everyone! I just wanted to share one of my great findings on the internet for the use of education. I was researching my local library’s database site the other day, and I came across a free tool that the library offers to those interested in learning another language. It’s basically the expensive software that you would pay to use for from any other source, but because it is offered through a non-profit organization such as the library, you can use it for free.

My library offers the free program Mango, which I have already been using to improve my skills in Japanese and Spanish. Different libraries vary in what software they offer for use, but most of them have at least some type of basic software which you can use to polish up on those foreign language skills.

With a few simple steps, you could be well on your way to learning your language of interest absolutely free.

  1. Sign up for a library card and account at your local library.
  2. Go on their website and look in their electronic databases.
  3. Look for languages or language tools.
  4. There you should find a language learning software such as Rosetta Stone or Mango, etc. where you can use it for 100% free legitimately.
  5. It will prompt you for your library card number, but it should be 100% free.

Hope you guys enjoy! Take care, and learn the language of your dream for free!
