Speak English, Please!
How come us teens ain’t speakin’ proper English no more?
For at least 13 years, teachers have force fed us proper grammar, and still, it’s no use.
It infuriates me!
Everyday, I am guaranteed to hear at least six different conversations with wrong verb tenses or made-up words.
You don’t sound intelligent when you say things like “I want a whole nother apple.”
Everyone blames the use of improper grammar on the use of texting and IMing, but that’s not the reason.
Others blame it on the fact that teens today rely on Microsoft Word to correct grammar, and yet MS Word makes mistakes, too. In reality, it’s just the fact that America is becoming lazy and cares less everyday.
Even adults are suffering from the “Bad Grammar Wave.” NBC News reported that in Texas, a company has begun forcing its employees into remedial English classes to perfect their grammar.

When I hear someone using grammar incorrectly, it kind of bothers me.
It doesn’t take a bachelor’s degree in English to understand grammar. Just pay attention in class, and stop being so lazy! first time, and we won’t have to see our moms and dads sitting in class learning what we learn in fourth grade.
Some people say they speak the way they do because they don’t want to get made fun of because when they speak properly they sound like a ‘nerd.’ You aren’t going to be made fun of! If anything, your friends will be jealous and wish they sounded as intelligent as you. Step up and start using your brains!
America has enough problems. We don’t need to pay money to put everyone back through 13 years of school. Learn the
