The Power of Language

The impact of languages in the world is very important. The countries have decided to have an administration language which is recognised by the United Nations and they are English, French, Spanish, Russia, Arabic and Chinese.

English is spoken in every country of the world. There is English from Great Britain, United States of America and Canada. English is a celtic languages. Celts are found in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, Ireland and Britanny in France. The tradition known from Great Britain is the continental breakfast with a variety of foods like cereals, tea, coffee, milk, beans, sausages, eggs, omelettes.

The Second language is French. This is a language that comes from France. French is the language of diplomacy. The Convention of Vienna which regulates the embassies and consulates was ratified in Versailles in the eighteenth century. Vienna is in Austria the capital of classical music and of the Roman German Empire.

Spanish is spoken in South America, Caribean and Spain. These places are also called Latin America. Spanish has nearly the same sound as italian. It is from Spain and Portugal that Columbus and Cartier left to discover the New World which is North America. They came to look for silver to make money. There are important personalities known from Spain and most of them were looking for liberty like Simon Bolivar. Latin America has one country which is protuguese speaking and it is Brasil. This last country is known for its nows by the Ocean. The major towns are Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo, Minas Gerais and Bel Horizonte. There is a famous carneval which happens there with music known worldwide. Russia is spoken in the Russian Federation and other countries in East Europe. Russia has an important coal mining industry. Coal mining helped industries to develop around the world.

Saudi Arabia. This last country is one of the most important producers of Oil. The Oil energy has enriched populations in the Middle East, Near East and North Africa. There is a classic arabic spoken in Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, and Egypte. There are some words in spanish which come from Arabic. For instance orange which is naranja in spanish and pronounced in the arabic way. The orange from the Mediterean Sea are very famous.

Chinese is spoken is China there are different dialects which are mandarin and cantonese. China has the most important population in the world. Chinese is also spoken in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
