Van Bronckhorst Come to Indonesian Children

Former Dutch national team captain, Giovanni , has arrived in the country on Tuesday (21/06/2011) this. He did not come to vacation, but to inaugurate the “Giovanni @ all children of Indonesia”, an institution of social awareness to help children less fortunate. Giovanni plans to inaugurate a foundation named after Giovanni Foundation. This foundation is the foundation first established by European soccer players in Indonesia.

Once in Jakarta, a former Dutch National Team player was immediately attended a press conference at the Grand Hyatt Hotel Ballroom. During his visit for five days, Giovanni will conduct a series of events under the direction of the Three Sixty Entertainment.

“I came to serve. Provide contribution to Indonesian children living in poverty level through a foundation which I founded,” said Giovanni. “A pride can help the children of Indonesia when I’ve decided to retire as a footballer,” continued the former Barcelona and Arsenal players are.

Long since left the country did not make the family of former Dutch national team captain, Giovanni, oblivious to the Indonesian language. In fact, his father, Victor still speak the language fluently.

Victor says, he learned the language rather than a course or studied formally. However, he learned it from his own family. “I learn Indonesian language from my wife a bloody Moluccas . Indeed, sometimes we speak Indonesian in the Netherlands, especially with the equally understand the Indonesian language, including Indonesian citizens residing in the Netherlands,” said  Victor.

Earlier, in a public introduction to Jakarta, 21 June, Giovanni also briefly spoke with Indonesian accent east. In addition to language, family Giovanni is also familiar with Indonesian food. “I have two children, Giovanni and his brother. They love Indonesian food. At home, my wife often make the cuisine of Indonesia. I myself prefer curry and satay,” Victor said.

Giovanni, some time ago, pleaded fond of some of the traditional food of Indonesia. “Food is delicious Moluccas, Father, mother, grandmother, and I’m already used to eating satay.
