Words

Words are all I have- I remember this fine song by the band called Boyzone as I begin writing a few words. Certainly, if chosen well, words can be so potent a tool that is beyond the imagination of many of us. 

A word, either spoken or a written one has its importance basis the context. Verily, both differ on many grounds such as spoken words come with expression, body language, potential pauses, require more spontaneity whereas written words can be chosen with careful thought, a written message can be more precise and can be re-read. 

The choice of words makes a lot of difference in conveying the message more so when the message happens to be written rather than verbal, for body language, expressions are missing in a text. At times, just a wrong word or just the position of the word let alone the word changes the entire meaning of the sentence. Problems often occur when we talk AT people but a solution comes just when we start talking TO people, such is the beauty of words. It is the power of words, that sometimes makes or breaks relationships. 

At times, just a single word speaks the world!
