Being Biased as a Juror or a Judge

Image via Wikipedia

Being a Juror it is hard to be unbiased, but I think I can make the effort to be, I think that the prosecution naturally has an easier case because it seems more like they are just asking questions and hoping the defence trips up. The defense actually has to defend against the questions and not make the mistake of slipping up on the questions asked. One other thing is that the prosecution team is made up of the hunters and they seem to be all of the people who participate in class the most, which may be an advantage if they are favored grade-wise in that way. I also think that the judge will be unfair in the way that it is not possible to not favor someone during a trial or any other real life scenario. This is why I think it is impossible not to be biased in a court case as a juror or a judge.
