Brown vs. Board of Education
The Brown vs. board of education case has had a huge effect on the life of my friends and me. It has resulted in my receiving a much better education, be able to learn with my friends, and it’s taught me how important my education really is.
The Brown vs. board of education case has had a huge effect on the life of my friends and me. It has resulted in my receiving a much better education, be able to learn with my friends, and it’s taught me how important my education really is. The Brown vs. Board of Education is very important to American history and a lifesaver for my education.
First of all the case is important for me because it has allowed me to receive a much better education. In the past African American schools were horrible. They were filled with bad books and poor conditions that left the students to suffer. Students there were not taught and as a resulted African Americans would grow up not knowing very much which proved the Whites right who sad that African Americans were stupid.
In addition, the children that went African American schools were separated from their friends which left them to wonder why they couldn’t attend the schools closer to their home with their friends. It left them to feel that they had little to no self worth and were inferior to those who went to white schools. This is different for me though because I go to a diverse school where everyone is treated equally. This though would not have been possible if it were not for the Brown vs. Board of Education case.
Finally, it has taught me the importance of education. I learned how the N.A.A.C.P. worked so hard for me to get my education and we could have a equal learning opportunity. It’s taught me to me that my education is a privilege that my forefathers fought for me to receive. It has helped me to stay motivated on getting good grades in school so that all that hard work wouldn’t be all for nothing.
In conclusion, the NAACP and the Brown vs. Board of Edu. case has resulted in me receiving a much better education than they even received. I appreciate it and it has helped me to get good grades and make them proud.

It takes ground breaking cases like this one to encourage the right kind of progress. Sometimes the progress may seem slow to come, but when it does it continues to enrich all of our lives.
