Continual Police Harrassment and Perversion of The Cause of Justice
by Information on how the police themselves consistently break the law to suit their own ends.
Not much has to be said other than to conintually state that the police in Blackpool (The Lancashire Constabulary) continue to pervert and obstuct the cause of justice as they did when they deliberately stripped my home of all the evidence I had against their perverted practises against individuals legal rights. Chief Superintendent RICHARD DEBECKI is the man responsible for allowing an inspector to sign the search warrant to come to my home purely to confiscate my defense evidence and other property as well as other property belonging to my carer who has nothing to do with the issue in a bid to protect an active criminal, thief and liar and to hide the evidence of police corrupt behaviour which is allowed to continue. Police should not be allowed to rise above the law as the Blackpool police have done for the last two years or so approximately. Police motives for this conduct are apparent for their own potential face saving bad conduct.

STEPHEN FINNIGAN TO THE BLACKPOOL COUNCIL AND GOVERNMENT OFFICES INCLUDING AS MANY MPs AS POSSIBLE SO AS TO BRING PRESSURE LEGALLY ON THE PRIME MINISTER AND HOME SECRETARY TO ORDER FULL PUBLIC ENQUIRIES INTO THE PERVERSE AND CORRUPT BEHAVIOUR OF THE BLACKPOOL POLICE CONSTABULRY
This is now the fourth occassion I have been arrested, falsely charged and had my computers seized without any just cause or reason
Again I ask if there are any genuinly concerned legal personnel anywhere in the country who does NOT accept the current common British police practise of perversion of the cause of jusice, corruption and violation of individuals’ legal rights to help me with this problem.

Written pressure on the police and government ministers together with our MPs should be sought. I have got nothing to hide at all. It is my guess that the police are the ones who have and I am prepared to go to any court in the land to prove this point – if my evidence does not got seized and lost again as has happened in a Blackpool County Court as a matter of convenience – no doubt previously arranged before the court case/hearig at the time.
