Carrying a lighter load of cases affects the amount of time given to each case whether it is investigations or court proceedings. While protecting the client; the defense attorney needs to address the issues; which will impound the decision considered by the court.

Defense attorneys struggle with the court system every day. Media and the opinion of the public interplay the attorney’s role as the struggles continue to defend a client. A client’s family is weathered by the aspirations of the client him or herself. The victim’s family is weathered by the aspirations of seeing the criminal tried and punished. These hinging emotional components of the defense itself carry a weight and transfer into the dedication of the defense attorney him or herself.

A lawyer’s perspective on defending murder contains many factors. There are emotional components as well as public views and judicial restraints as well as impact on the client. Taking all the components into account one could elaborate on how difficult it is defending someone in a criminal lawsuit. Murder is the hardest criminal law suit to defend.
