When we say intellectual, the first thing that comes to our mind is the idea that intellectual deals with deep understanding and a more comprehensive thinking towards different things. Then the word property refers to an ownership by a person to a certain material or a certain thought. Asset, commonly used in accounting where it is always included in checks and balances but it is also used to refer as a property that one could use in order to gain something out from it.

The person who invented something cannot create a thing without having a knowledge on how to do such material or be able to come up with an idea, for the person need first to be educated enough to cope with the fast pace of reality around him and without intellectual capabilities, such person would be not be able to perform well at work or wherever he goes. So, intellectual property as an asset can be proved for it can be sold to the different organizations and races which the person who owns or who started such an idea can benefit from it. Indeed intellectual property is an asset for it can be considered as an effective marketing tool which can definitely add to the credibility of a certain business. Assisting in producing incomes is another factor why we consider that intellectual property is an asset. With the marketing skills, ideas, and discoveries intellectual property would really be considered as an asset. Intellectual property as an asset will always have the capability of giving a healthy lifestyle to a person who has a great knowledge on things for it this type of asset will never be taken away from a person for it expands continuously and only one person has the mastery on it.
