One of the latest headlines today is the death of one of the prisoner in Jackson, Georgia Troy Davis. In his last words before he was executed he claimed that he’s not the one who killed the members of the MacPhail Family. According to him “’I'd like to address the MacPhail family. Let you know, despite the situation you are in, I’m not the one who personally killed your son, your father, your brother. I am innocent.”
He was declared death at 11:08 pm, he was convicted due to accusation that he’s responsible of the killing of a police officer Mark MacPhail in 1989. It was September 17, 2011 when Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles receives 600,000 signature petitions asking for clemency. And it is still remembered that on September 19, the board holds the clemency hearing. September 20, the board denied the clemency and just today, at 10:53 pm the execution begins and at 11:08pm he was declared dead.
Upon the reprieve demand of UN officials, the Supreme Court of Justice of Georgia still continue to execute Davis and now, the Davis family was grieving for the lost soul of one of their family members that even to his last breath, he’s telling them that he’s innocent.

There is greater judgment to come soon…that will decide whether he is innocent or not.
