Mail Fraud and Mail Tampering

Many do not believe that tampering with someones mail and using the postal system to gain money is a serious crime. Some people believe that they can get away with these types of crimes because they have been doing this for so long and they have gotten away with it. I am a frustrated victim of these crimes. Some had diverted my mail and money was taken from my accounts. Oh I have my suspicions about this whole thing. Tampering with someones mail is a Federal Offense. 

I have experience my mail being torn opened and missing going to a different location. Someone change my bank addresses and my bank card was missing. Most of the time these are commited by someone the victim knows. To get your mail safe and your idenity safe it is wise to shread your bank cards and mail that you do not need. It is very frustrating when someone chooses to matter with your life in a manner that causes you total disruption.

Never give out your personal information. Keep all your never write down your bank passwords.Make sure you don’t leave your mail in the mail box overnight. Keep your mail in a safe place. Keep all of your belongings with you at all times. It is shameful mail fraud, mail tampering, occurs and you have to be this way but there are a lot of criminal minds out there and its better to be safe than sorry. If you become a victim of these types of crimes alert your local police department and notify the Post Master as soon as possible.
