I was also victimized by Judge Singletary. He made a ruling on a case of mine. Then he allowed the opposing attorney to write the order to reflect a fovorable decision for him. I ordered the court transcript and it proved that the order was changed. My attorney filed for a reconsideration and we went back before Judge Singletary armed with the transcript. After pointing out the cinconsistancies between the trascript and the order, the Judge refused to change the order.

Why is it that our law officials have so much control and power over the laws?<br />
They send people to prison for less criminal activity then they do themselves, and nothing is done about it? When ever a law official commits a crime, they get community service or probation. Yet, let an average citizen commit the same crime, and they go to prison. Are the laws created only for average citizens? When is JUSTICE going to be handed out to those who are dishing out punishment, while committing worse crime themselves?
