Per the law enforcement review, Leslie’s stepmother Cinnamon discovered Barbara Carter’s less competent body around 4:10 p.m. on Jan 31 and instantly called 911.
Leslie and her child (she was alienated from her on-again, off-again husband) were living with her dad, John, in Zoysia and, a resource says.
