		<description>Thanks for your comment. To answer your question, I have a few points to well, point out. Drinking alcohol and using any type of drug will never ever stop. Individuals make using these products a routine, and some even become obsessed with the usage. Also, many people find drinking or smoking weed is great and would like nothing more that to party with these products. Or, smoking or drinking clinically does relax or calm them, as well as reducing depression or stress. We can&#039;t change everyone, and even trying is so hard. The way I see it: everyone is entiltled to live their life the way they want to. If they want to smoke weed, go ahead. If they want to get high, sure, go for it. All we can ask of these people is to be careful and use wisely. I hope i answered your question.  </description>
