The Injustice of Non Violent Crimes

Non violent crimes are not always crimes.

The police are trained experts at “creatively writing up exaggerated reports.” They are masters at setting up people and falsely accusing them of things like, “The suspect looked suspicious.” or the suspect “appeared to be contemplating a crime.” They use words “criminal intent,” to arrest people. These are NOT FACTS, they are ASSUMPTIONS. The courts actually accept these evil charges and jail people for what the cops ” think ” a person might do.  Since when has this been a crime?

Police kill potential suspects and use the words, that they felt they were in imminent danger. A battered woman lives in imminent danger, but she can not use those words as a defense like the police can. There is no justice in a country that reeks of corruption by its public officials.

Sue Niederer was arrested and jailed for wearing a Tee-shirt that read “President Bush- you killed my son.” Her son was killed in the Iraq war. She was also charged with, “Defiant trespassing,” when protesting the war, during a political event. She was arrested again at another protest. She was charged with “Disrupting a public event.” So much for our freedom of speech.

We are deceptively being led into a POLICE STATE NATION. No one is safe. Defence attorneys are becoming less and less able to defend their clients. Prosecutors hold all the cards. They have way too much power and control. What they say goers.  Even judges give in to their evil plots. Detectives and prosecutors manipulate , lie, and plot evil to construct ways to convict at any cost.,

When the “wrongly convicted” are miraculously freed after years of being incarcerated, the prosecutors who convicted them without cause, show no  remorse,  no emotion, no mercy, no conscience, and no apologies for the hell and torment they put on police statean innocent person and all his/her loved ones. In fact many of these cold blooded prosecutors, judges and hard core detectives, are rewarded with promotions, political elections, and higher paying positions instead of the punishment they rightly deserve. Non violent crimes are not always crimes, but they are made into crimes by those who only seek power and control.

I could not agree with you more. Something tells me money is involved.
