The Side of Immigration

The more liberal view of the immigration argument.

In addition, legal immigrants should be allowed to stay in the country since the United States would be accepting more immigrants. As long as they are in the country, the immigrants shall receive education. Granted that these immigrants have been given education, they should share their culture with the United States by teaching the nation’s school with classes on the countries that they have immigrated from. Following through, this would show the cultural diversity of America, which would greatly increase the exports that the U.S. has, as well as other areas of economy.

Like Option 1 states, the U.S. has been a land of opportunity for a long time now. Changing the nation to not allow immigrants would have some negative affects on the country. Not accepting immigrants, other nations would feel disrespected and relations would be harmed, so why change? It’s proven that legal immigrants have taken their opportunities over the years and each time they immigrate, America gets better. Therefore, in this land of opportunity, the immigrants should come and stay to make the most of what the nation can give them.

After 50 years of Option 5 in place, America would be much influenced. Its economy would be better off, considering the immigrants would have taken the jobs that Americans don’t take. Though the population would increase, the environment would be cleaner. The immigrants would take the jobs such as picking up trash and cleaning around the community. Border control would remain the same and keep the illegal aliens out until they can legally immigrate. However, due to so many new immigrants, social service costs would rise. Then again, the immigrants may be able to pay for it by working hard like they normally do. Due to immigration from many countries, the U.S. would become more diverse and the nation would have good relations with the other nations.

In conclusion, this Option 5 will make America a much happier place to be. It would be very much like Option 1 in which, there is open immigration, but with help from the nation to immigrate legally. Strictly against Option 4, anyone can get into the U.S. as long as they acquire the documents needed. In good standards with Option 3, the U.S. would, again, accept anyone. Although Option 5 would be about open immigration, it would not force anyone to come. People can stay where they are or immigrate, it’s their choice. Resulting in Option 5 being the best Policy for immigration.
