The Supreme Opinions

Leaders of judges.

Where are the fair minds that we need on the highest court in the USA. This court through the years have had a bad track record during their jobs. History has pointed out., they either had men who was persuaded by pressure instead of law. And one thing the law require is you make the correct decision. They have had judges do that. When the cases was presented the proper way to them. Like one that rose to the occasion by a lawyer before he was nominated on the court years before. And that was the desegregationof the public schools by ThurgoodMarshall. And the ruling  in the fifities and sixties. The SupremesCourt made calls that shook through the states. And stands today. Warren Burger, led a court that decisions was targeted for a better appeasement of society. And later, when Mr. Marshall joined the Supreme Court, decisions was logical. You had a man who bought great out look to the court. Today you have older men who I think are letting their age dictate the wrong decision. Scalia can’t forget his Catholicfaith can’t be determining laws for the people. You represent many people. And not all of them of your religion. And for those who don’t miss Sandra Day O’. You can imagine her impact. She made good advocate decisions to combat those by her peers.

If any good lawyers should succeed to the highest court in the land. I hope he has the distinction of not using his faith to determine the rules of the states. Most are Italians who are so closely lined to their religion that they let it foreshadow their ruling. Even is they don’t admit it. Some are so conservative they afraid to make a firm decision. Bad decisions has been passed by the court. Of course this is for the readers to decides. Now don’t misinterpretedwhat I’m saying because there have been some conservative who threw caution to the wind and made great decisions.  Warren burger, Sandra Day O’Connell. and the great Thrugood Marshall in the modern era has understood the job placed upon them when they were there.

You can’t please everyone. And you not going to have friends after you decides the opinion of the day. But you must search your heart. And come to conclusion about what’s right for the whole land. Not for any political party. Not for any religious faith. Great decisions was made during the turbulent fifties and sixties by the high court. And some bad was made during the modern times. But wise minds must make what’s is best for the United States.
