3.California rakes in  over $10 million  year in citations.

4.Tickets and citations cost Americans millions in raised insurance fees.

5.Consult with a lawyer,legal aide or pre-paid legal before you pay.

6.Nearly everyone in this country has been issued a ticket or been to traffic court don’t be ashamed.

7.If the ticket is a high one consider going to court usually the judges charge you less.

8.Always report to traffic court when ordered no use picking up extra charges over a traffic offense.

9.If you are found guilty or decide to pay your fine,you can still appeal the points with your state bmv or dmv.

10.Try to do most of your driving in the day when you will face less officers and seasoned veterans not worried about making there bones.

11.Get a radar/laser detector.

12.When you get pulled over stop in a well lit place with plenty of people around.Don’t be ashamed.

13.When you get pulled over don’t do anything that will give the officer an excuse to search the car.

14.If your seat belt is off leave it off,he knows you don’t have it on and you are being recorded.

15.Don’t be a tough guy/gal most officers just want to get home to there families.If you scare them they will pepper spray,taze,hand cuff or shot.

16.Let the officer talk/question.Never volunteer info,answer but keep it short and sweet.They are recording everything you say and that  can be used in a court of law.

17.Saying that you knew how fast you were going is an admission of guilt!! Either say no or quote the posted speed limit the burden of proof is on them.

18.If you are asked for your car to be searched politely say NO.If they had cause they would not be asking.Who knows what they might find or plant.

19.Make mental notes of every detail of the stop.

20.Never tell a cop you are going to court to fight a ticket,He/she will be more likely to show up and you stand a better chance if they do not.The benefit of the doubt is always in the officers favor.

21.If you receive the ticket outside of your state,city or county,try asking for a change of venue to a court closer  to you.May get a better deal in your own backyard.

22.Sobriety check points are unconstitutional and are merely excuses to boost ticket revenues.

23.Most accidents in this nation fatal and non-fatal are not DUI related.

24.Do not drink,take medication,or inhale drug related substances and get behind the wheel of any vehicle.That’s just stupid.

25.When pulled over always try to stop on private property,if you are on public property and you are arrested you car will be towed and impounded.$$$$
