What’s Your Feelings on Prenuptial Agreements Before Marrying?
Everyone should cover their assets…

*My opinion counts too:
It’s my opinion when a young couple gets married and neither one of them have any assets…then the answer is “no.” When two people who have lots of assets and are wealthy, they should definitely have a prenuptial agreement. If a man/woman is marrying someone whose spouse has passed and there is a considerable amount of assets and money involved on either side, the man/woman had better protect themselves and their children by having a prenuptial agreement, because if they don’t, if they should happen to die shortly thereafter, their children could get wiped out and be holding the short end of the stick. This will then involve step-children and biological children and the spouse and it will deplete assets tremendously for biological children.
*People have their rights:
In my opinion, when two people marry and what they acquire after their marriage, then they should have to split their financial gains during their marriage right down the middle and there should not be any arguments or doubts in their minds about they’ve earned together since their marriage. “No-one” who has lots of assets and plenty of money should ever go into a marriage with out seeking a lawyers advice and arrange for a prenuptial agreement. If a man/woman refuses to marry you without a prenuptial agreement, you had better walk away and walk fast because they’re interested in your money.
*Protect yourselves:
It’s the responsibility of people to protect themselves and if there are children involved, to ensure their children are protected. There are a lot of scammers in today’s society and they’re many men/women out there looking for someone rich to marry, and believe me, they are out to get rich quick. If a man/woman says, “If you truly loved me, you wouldn’t ask me to sign a prenuptial agreement,” you had better get out of town and not have another thing to do with that person because they’re only wanting what you have if you pass away. In a lot of cases, they wait for the person to marrying them, and they find an excuse for divorce with a big settlement.
In my opinion, “No-one” should be entitled to a person’s assets they acquire before they married a person…what did they contribute to these assets? People…get real and wake-up and not allow people to use you this way. When people do this, it’s the same thing as stealing an innocent person’s money. Many men/women think because a person loves them, what they have is theirs too…what a joke?
*Summation:
People, please protect yourself and don’t allow yourself to be scammed by a person who scams. There are laws to protect us but we have to take the initiative to protect ourselves before the laws will work properly. Don’t allow your heart to be swallow by the, “What’s yours should be mine too,” this is totally false…who do they think they are fooling? Do not allow a scam artist to scam you out of your fortune.
