ard University and in Harvard Law School in 1979, a J. D.  He used to work as law clerk before he became a Special Assistant to the Atty. General.  By then, he also became an Associate Counsel and Principal Deputy Solicitor General after which he practiced law in Washington Dc, and was appointed at the Court of Appeals in Columbia’s district.  On September 29, 2005, President Bush nominated him as Chief Justice. In the order of priority, the chief justice is one of the most relevant positions in the government.   With him are eight Associate Judges that works hand in hand under his authority. The House of the Representative is the only governing body that can impeach him, unless he dies or resigns his term is permanent. Traditionally, the chief justice is in charge of oath taking ceremony every time a new president is installed.  This act is oftentimes more traditional than a constitutional obligation.

as the head of the Judicial Conference of the United States, appoints members of a secret court which is commonly known as the United States Foreign Intelligence Court, also appoints the members of the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation and lastly the chief justice also serves as an ex-officio as a member of the Board of Regents by norm as the Chancellor of the Smithsonian Institution.

ery remarkable educational background; his leadership and his job experiences,  He firmly and strongly believed that a reliable person like Chief Justice Roberts can best serve the interest and protect the law and well-being of every citizen of the United States.  His Position is very powerful yet President Bush deemed it proper to vote and put him where he exceedingly shall excel. Like any other Joe, the people of America placed their faith.  They believed on the law, they believed that justice system will always be just and fair. Roberts, who is the Current Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, must and should always be faithful to his duties and obligations.
