I believe in that. Grandparents should be able to have contact with the grandchild. But some grandparents try to run the show instead of knowing their limits. My wife and I had the grandparents take us through a long battle in court because we asked for space-some time to become acquainted with a new life. They ended up with next to nothing. They gave up so much for so little. everything is so out of whack within the family there’s two babies that will never know who their grandparents are.It’s killing them but every time we try to make it right, they play the blame game. that throws every one off. I never knew a grandparent that thought they were right about everything. SAD! SAD!

All grandparents are not alike and the mother as you say avoids it, sometimes the fathers’ visitations are so short because of short-sighted judges that there is hardly any time for the father, never mind the grandparents.
