Why You Should Never Ever Talk to The Police
A very informative video on how to deal with the police even if you are innocent.
Hello Everyone,
Moin A. Yaha, Associate Professor of Law at U. Alberta posted a couple of videos on why you should never talk to the police even if you are innocent! The first video features a former defense attorney who is now a law Professor. He really breaks down the reason people should not talk to the police, even if you are innocent, with lots of vivid examples. It is worth watching the entire video to get a full understanding about his point of view but if you are pressed for time you can skip to about 8:20 in the video where he starts giving his top ten reasons for not talking to the cops.
The second video features a police officer validating the Professor’s points of view and insisting suspects, yes that means innocent people as well, should heed the Professor’s advice and exercise their right to remain silent.
Make sure and always have your lawyer present before you engage in any incriminating conversations with the police.

I don’t know why but I decided to look at all your articles tonight. This is by far the most interesting. I am 17 minutes into the first video and I must say that I find the information quite insightful. Though in reality little of the content is exclusively yours, I am very fortunate to have come across this. I “liked” this article.
