Writing

Writing is or could be seen as the most incredible form of expression.

Writing is a fun and enjoyable activity, but obviously it could be seen as more than that.

You often hear the remark: “the pen is mightier than the sword.” With the proper writing you could move units, influence people, and express your voice.

The United States of America, the United States Constitution, and the First Amendment of the United States Constitution is something that we should be aware of at all times. Simply put freedom of expression. Every citizen of this here United States is capable of expressing their voice on a piece of paper or now these days through electronic mail (email).

As a US citizen you are free to express yourself. Occasionally there are lawsuits for slander, but this to me just doesn’t make any sense. This traces back to our founding fathers. When our founding fathers declared their independence from Great Britain they made it their duty to create a country based on freedom and when the writing of the United States Constitution came into play they thought of creating a country “where all men are created equal.” Obviously this was not the case because of slavery, but their intentions were to create a state based on freedom.

How much writing went into the Civil Rights Movement? A ton! Through writing alone leaders like John Fitzgerald Kennedy (JFK) and Martin Luther King Jr. moved units. Finally may be we could say that “all men are created equal,” but prejudice still exists in the brains of some US citizens. This is sad, but true.

Now we move on to the First Amendment of the United States Constitution and consider writing as an “incredible form of expression.” If you are ever offended or hurt in some way you could always express your voice with just a pen and simple piece of paper then all that’s left is to submit this to the proper party. These days it is Good to at least have a GED so you could express your voice and truly be a US citizen.

To be illiterate in the United States of America could be viewed as being painful. A lot of these boxers out there don’t know how to read or write and don’t have a GED. They could even be multi-millionaires, but when the going gets tough or when the going gets rough they have to depend on others to support them, and hopefully there are Good, decent people that surround them.
