10 Fruits to Live By…
1) Love: Love is the most important attribute out there to master. Without showing love to one another we have nothing. Love is shown to us through the grace of God and the blessings and miracles he offers to His people… Love was shown for the sacrifices that Jesus Christ made for each and every one of us… His love is eternal! Hooray!!!
2) Joy: Joy is a heartfelt sensation that brings a lingering smile to your face. Joy makes you shine and your body radiates your love for God through your everyday expression. It is others wanting and curious about whatever it is you’ve got built up inside you….
3) Peace: Peace is an innocence and soft nature that fills your heart, your smile, your face and your whole body with tranquility and serenity. It is calming and undeniable.
4) Patience: Patience is placing trust in God while enduring trials and tribulations. Patience is God’s timing not your own. Patience is holding on when hope seems to be fading. Patience is a test of faith.
5) Kindness: Kindness is treating others with delicacy even when you do not know that person. Kindness is giving encouragement from the heart to others just because. Not expecting anything in return except smiles and jovial hearts. Attitudes can be contagious… Let kindness flow…
6) Goodness: Goodness is actions taken that are pleasing to God. Such as acts of service, making righteous choices and not just following the status quo. Being able to decipher what is good and always acting on it.
7) Faithfulness: Faith is a verb. It is actions taken when you do not know the outcome. It is being filled with hope and conviction even when an end is not in sight. It builds patience, endurance, and love in our hearts for always.
Gentleness: Gentleness is being kind to all and holding no prejudice or evil acts from within. It is being slow to anger and soft to the touch. It is knowing exactly what to say at just the right time. Gentleness embraces and feeds others from heart to heart and soul to soul.
9) Self-Control: Self-Control is discipline and patience all in one. It allows your mind to restrict your actions or thoughts to a given direction. It is being focused on the prize or the end result. It is about sacrificing wants for needs.
10) By asking and letting the Holy Spirit work within you and reside within you always… In order to develop these fruits within your heart and soul namely: self-control; gentleness; faithfulness; goodness; kindness; patience; peace; joy; and love. As well as praising and thanking God each and every day for the many blessings, miracles and for the grace His love shows.
