I totally agree! What a great list! I like the idea that smiling lowers your blood pressure and makes you look younger. LOL! I’ve smiled at people who aren’t always friendly to me and it made them smile back at me. This is a great lesson for everyone.

I agree with you 100 percent, I tried an experient one summer, while walking, I was smiling and would say hi to everyone, and it was as you said “cat”agious. (contagious)
