All Things in Life Happen for a Reason
You have always been strong enough to get through any hardship in life.

Within any given day, we are given the opportunity to explore, learn, seek, create and experience the many wonders in life. How we choose to spend our days is ultimately up to ourselves; our choices. Accept the job offer, make the phone call, exercise, these are all choices that we make every moment of the day. It sounds so simple, doesn’t it?
But the reality is: life happens. The true reality in life is that unexpected, sometimes tragic obstacles can often hinder and even throw people off the paths they have envisioned for themselves. Natural disaster, disease, relational break downs, these things can often feel overwhelming to endure. The joys in life can suddenly be shadowed when everything we have ever loved has suddenly changed.
To react is to be human. There is no way you can feel the sun and not be warmed by its rays. Such hardships in life, however, do not have to lead to permanent disruptions your life.
Take the time you need to heal. This is of utmost importance. But, when you are ready, begin to let people back into your life. Begin to remember all the things in your life that make you smile. Explore new things that can bring even greater happiness into your life.
I am a true believer that all things in life happen for a reason. Your hardships have helped shape who you are today; they have made you an even stronger more beautiful person inside and out. This world is far too beautiful to let anyone or anything hold you down for long ever again. Live your dreams.
