Are You Lost?

Some of us are just lost for the lack of words. We seem to have nowhere to go and have left no trace of where we have been We pass through this life only doing what is asked of us. Never thinking on our own. We go through school and do just what is required nothing more nothing less. As adults jobs come and jobs go. Some are good some are bad and best left in the past. These people never learn from their mistakes or actions be it good or bad. Judgment is not an option to them . These are the ones who are lost. Not only to the world but to themselves.  If they pass no one will remember. They never made it famous, or left their mark in time.

Others of us know our way is before us. Take what is offered and run with it.

You may trip and fall but you at least tried to do it. To set back and just watch others do is no way to live. No you do not have to become famous or rich but to do the most you can with what you have. You may not be the smartest  in class but if you try and learn you will be remembered. Reach out and extend a hand to those who may be down. Speak your mind and let others know how you feel. It is the way you feel not them. It is you and there is no other like you. You mold yourself in your own way. The choice is yours,the road is yours to travel it is up to you. If you let yourself get down only you can get up again. Sure there comes times when the whole world seems to large to think you could even make a small difference but if everyone would be able to just do one thing and all do the same thing just think what the result would be.  Do not be one of the lost step up and  be noticed. Be aware of everything around you be it good or be it bad. Look up and see the color of the sky and down at the green of the grass. Take charge of your life and ignore what others try to make you into. You are you and that is all you are not lost. Be found by yourself and make yourself into something great.

Remember the footprints in the sands of time were never made sitting down
