According to CBS News, Clinton admitted that he does not eat meat on rare occasions, like holidays and it is unclear if the eggs are included in the diet or not.
A vegetarian diet is the strictest of all vegetarian diets. Unlike other types of vegetarian diets that focus primarily on the exclusion of meat, vegan diets ban on all meat, poultry, fish, dairy products and eggs. According to the Mayo Clinic, most vegetarians are leaner than non-vegetarians because of the lack of saturated fats in your diet.
