Control Your Fears
Fear can stop us moving forward with our lives.
One can face up to anxieties and make a fresh start, just about every one, has experiences in life, about fears.
This is caused in extreme situations, being a victim of crime, or facing the death of a loved one. Minor concerns can also affect us. The fear of offending a friend, or family member, and being, scared of looking stupid.
When you are frightened, you become stressed, and your blood supply increases, while you tend to be hyper-alert. This can cause side effects, from sleepless nights, and poor concentration to irritability, and, even headaches. Anchor yourself, be positive, try, have confident feelings to an object, that you have with you, like a ring as an example, if you don’t wear a ring, then choose your finger, or the back of your hand.
Think happy thoughts, once you have chosen your object. Use your imagination, close your eyes and imagine dealing effectively with a situation, rehearse this a few times, you will trick the brain thinking you have dealt with the situation successfully.
Face your fear, the more you run away from situations, the more powerfu, l they become in your mind. You gain strength and courage by every day experience.
You could, also, be afraid of relationships, work, finances, or your health. You shouldn’t, be afraid of life, as it is worth living and your belief will create the fact.
