My answer would be a definite “yes” to this question because in today’s society, there are many people who enjoy living their lives and doing what they love to do without having to deal with another person. They love to travel, experience different type of lifestyles, and become familiar with other places and there environments. They enjoy doing research in other countries to experience the different types of culture and to travel and hike there countries lands.

There are people who also enjoy putting everything on hold to advance their educations, go to different colleges, belong to the arts, society functions, etc. and they do not want to be bother with having a relationship or a mate. Their goals in life are to do exactly as they so choose and have “no” hangups.

Our society is made up of a varied type of personalities, likes and dislikes, and it’s a person’s right to live their life as they so choose. Many are sports addicts who like to follow the sports teams to every arena where they’re playing. They like to fill like a part of the sports world and know all the facts about every team and buy their sports cards, memorabilia, etc.

*Life is too short not to do what you want to do:

Writers can sit for hours on end without speaking or saying a word to another person or they like to go to the wilderness or the ocean to write their books, poetry, articles, etc., without being around anyone for months on end. They do not want anything to interfere with their thoughts and their next writing. Writers are also readers as well and they can sit for hours and read a book…this is totally entertaining to them and they do not like to be bothered.

People who have talents and likes, they can live their lives alone and as free as an eagle. They can shut the outside world out without missing it one bit. They can live in a world all their own and enjoy every minute of their time.

*Summation:

In my opinion, people “can” live alone with their arts, talents, writings, etc., this is up to each individuals choice, and that’s okay, because this is what thrills them most in life. They have a companion and it’s their choice of what they choose in life to do and how they want to use their choices. Many of these type people have been like this since they were a small child and this is what satisfies their needs in life. They find sheer entertainment in what they’re doing and what they accomplish…they’re reaching their goal’s through their talents, etc. They love and cherish everyday of what they do and they do not need a lot of socializing in their lives either.
