Simple tips to stay or make your own happiness.

Each person perceives the word “happiness” differently. So to clarify things or try to look for possible definition for that word, we will settle for this unifying definition, happiness is an inner state of well being, a state enabling you to benefit from your highest thoughts, wisdom and spiritual values in life. Simply n put, you don’t find happiness, you make it.

  1. Rescue the Dolphins

    Rescuing them makes you interact with the oceans, other sea creatures and this means you care for the nature. The word “care” is the first step to act on some marine life problems.

  2. Discover a New Hobby or Interest

    Be it a pole-dancing for women or rock collecting for men. Decide on what suits you, better yet, join some organizations that would feel you better and discover some purposes.

  3. Go Online

    You will discover lot of websites, articles to read and forums to participate with. You could also write, express you thoughts through web blogs or the so-called blogging. There were lot of materials the internet has to offer, business opportunities, ideas, name it, you will have it here.

  4. Food Intake

    Whatever your comfort food is, contemplate life over it. I usually think small ideas with the help of chocolates. If I want to think “bigger” ideas, I eat vegetables or salads.

  5. Raise a Child

    The idea of having a mini-me or mini-you is such a bliss experience or a combination of emotions, skills, intellect, compassion that would help you improve as a person or simply laugh as he or she is trying to fit your shoes and ruin your most precious things during toddler years.

    yeah, i believe in raising children would make one happy, it’s simply contentment.
