Forever Young
Staying forever young is a choice.
No matter what anyone says or does, I want, no, I choose to be “Forever Young” forever.
Everyday, I work hard. Work hard to filter out all the negativity, all the people who have lost sight of their dreams and their ability to change their worlds themselves. It is a constant battle.
It is a choice. And it is an important one.
Do you want to be in perfect shape? Do you want to be physically fit? Do you want to enjoy high levels of success and energy? You have the power to make all your dreams come true. Do not let others, commercials, and those who have lost hope convince you that you can’t do something. They have convinced themselves, but that does mean that they can convince you.
I no longer want to hear people say I can’t do this or do that because of my age, because of this or that. We have no limitations. We have no limitations. We have no limitations.
I will be Forever Young and so will all of you.
We will always have a child inside of us. We all still have a baby inside of all of us. Would you give a baby junk food? Would you neglect a baby’s pain? No, you would spread your arms wide no matter how tired you felt in a given moment and you would embrace and love that baby with all your heart. And, when you do such a thing, you realize you only have more love to give. Giving love gives you energy to give more.
I promised myself a long time ago no matter what I go through in life, nothing or no one will ever jade my heart. I will never stop feeling. I will never stop risking everything for my dreams. I will never give up hope. If a wave crashes down on me, it might temporarily move me, but it can never keep me down for good, ever. I am the only one who has the power to drive my life. I am completely in control of the direction of my life, we all are.
Turn your eyes, your heart and your mind toward the youth and glow that resides inside. Focus on it. Watch it grow brighter, stronger, and more powerful than ever before. Let it fill your life and the lives of those you allow into your heart. Spread joy, beauty, happiness and love everywhere you go.
And when you do, you will always be Forever Young.

It is great to be young but once is enough, there is something to be said for slowing down and enjoying things in the slow lane. I am happier now than when I was young, but I have always been an up-beat person. I deal with what is. I think thats what you were writting about.

I strongly agree to you. Do not let the age be our limitations in life. Physically you’re old, but mentally you’re still young. The music in youtube is very nice to listen.
