How grateful are you for your life?
How grateful are you to your legs if you are an able bodied person?
How grateful are you for your eyes as you read this information?
I am guessing that many of you out there do not even give gratitude a second thought and sometimes not even a first thought.
Well I have news for you – acknowledging gratitude to things in your life is a very powerful tool which is used to change emotional behaviour, and also assists with a reconnection to our inherent love vibration within each and every one of us. To practise using gratitude every day in your life will transform it beyond belief, and in ways which you may not currently be aware can happen.
When we marry up a shift in our perception and the chatter in our mind it gives us the key ingredient into understanding our emotional state and how to change it in dramatic ways.
