How to Achieve a Wealthy Life

by daintyexlibris in Lifestyle Choices, April 26, 2009

Being wealthy is not hard as it may seem. If you want true wealth, remember what is most important…

If you want true wealth, remember what is most important.

It’s not having everything go right.

It’s facing whatever goes wrong.

It’s not being without fear.

It’s having the determination to go in spite of it.

It’s not where you stand, but the direction you’re going in.

It’s more than never having bad moments.

It’s knowing you are always bigger than moment.

It’s believing you have already been given everything you need to handle life.

It’s not being able to rid the world of all its injustices.

It’s being able to rise above them.

It’s the belief in your heart that there will always be more good than bad in the world.

Remember to live just this one day and not add tomorrow’s troubles to today’s load.

Remember that every day ends and brings a new tomorrow full of exciting new things.

Love what you do, do the best you can, and always remember how much you are loved.

Thumbs up for Vickie M. Worsham! Yeah, wealth does not only depend on money and luxuries. More importantly, life does not depend on wealth. Believe it or not, life becomes more colorful and exciting because of challenges and decision-making situations, which are both not dependent on money alone. Any maze becomes more exciting if there are greater hindrances and traps. Also, adventure games catch greater attention if the villains are hard to defeat. That’s how games become more exciting—if it causes thrill on the player! Unfortunately, we consider life as a game. For it to be as exciting, we can never get rid of problems that can force us to make decisions. What matters is the combination of hope and trust that keep us running through our maze. How can one discover that she can run a mile if she doesn’t even take a step? How can one solve a math problem if she doesn’t even bother to learn the basic mathematical operations? Finally, how can one discover that life is beautiful if she doesn’t even entertain the fact that life is beautiful?

Because of this, I’m forced to mention what Reagan said:

“You believe in it because you wanted to believe in it.”

A problem becomes a problem because of your estimate of it, which can, at anytime, be subverted by YOU. If anyone wants to believe that wealth is invested through a healthy disposition in life, and not through money and riches, then he/she can exactly believe in it. With a healthy disposition, one can get a better grasp of the directions needed to reach a goal. Who knows, with that definition, any person can be the wealthiest man in the world.

“Remember to live just this one day and not add tomorrow’s troubles to today’s load” is a great principle that unfortunately not many of us follow! Most because of too many troubles, that’s the main issue…

Great article! You’ve put down some good ideas and thoughts here, that’s for sure.
