How to Live a Natural and Healthy Life
I have some idea about how to become healthy.
It is not discussion about drugs but it is about some living style, which help you to relieve your stress. There are lots of things where we are wasting our time and energy. This addresses to our mesmerism, attitude and behavior, which lead us to depression.

Sometimes anger arises when we are not getting our things in right manner or as our desire. Anger arises when we can’t able to accept thing as it is. Some times things or situation can’t change. In this scenario, we have to accept it. If you fail then you get anger. It leads to disaster of personality and career.
I suggest you to consider my some tips for become mentally healthy and happy. As world changes we have to change our life style. We should not bother our selves by torturing our self. Let’s think about these tips:
Work as per the situation, not your like or dislike.
Don’t talk about your past.
Tackle habitual small talk.
And don’t say anything without getting chance.
Don’t get anger. Anger is your one of the most powerful enemy.
Don’t complain and blame.
