Joy of Being a Vegetarian

Being a vegetarian is in itself a healthy feeling.This article is all about the benefits of being a vegetarian and how it impacts your life, health and body.

How do feel when you get yourself hurt while chopping vegetables or get yourself a burn while baking biscuits or cakes.i grew up in a  teetotaler family and was never allowed to eat a egg also neither i ever wish to.With passing time i realised why i never felt like to have some thing non-vegetarian or alcoholic stuff. For parents a child’s health is the first and last priority and same was with my parents , they never wanted me to indulge in some aesthetic karma’s. Stepping into adult hood i realised how much it pains to kill an animal for our own taste and likings. People give shelter to pets like dogs,puppies,cats ,kittens,rats,rabbits,fish and give them all the love , care and affection they can but why they can’t feel the pain while enjoying eating them. To be a vegetarian is such a healthy term.Don’t they know that eating meat increases the rate of having heart disease, don’t they know that it can lead to kidney stones,Acne -the most common disease found in teenagers is aggravated by animal food. Consumption of animal food can lead to various health problems like Obesity, Gum disease, Osteoporosis, Acne, Arthritis,Heart disease etc..

We can choose to be a vegetarian by simply thinking more about our environment, by being more affectionate towards the animals or by simply thinking about money as plants are more cheaper than meat. 

some people are born vegetarian probably because of some ethical values,beliefs.

i would end up saying that some believe that non vegetarian is much more healthy than vegetarian in terms of protein but effectively it is not at all healthy for our heart.
