Keep It a Happy Habit
Live life and be happy.
It is my first time to write an article for this site. I’ve been wondering how it feels to publish my own article that will be read by many people. I am a happy person. In line with this, I would like to share people on how to become happy for a day.
When you wake up in the morning, who do you think of? Or nevertheless, what are you thinking – Going to school, to work? What to eat? What to wear? These are the few things that come up in our mind rather in my mind each morning. Morning is said to be the most important par of the day for if you start it in a nice way, you will end up smiling at the end of the day.
Each smile is unique with one another as they say. Some are contagious, some are not. For a day, we should practice smiling to people – family, friends, classmates, and the like. This is a happiness habit one can do. The happiness habit is developed by simply practicing happy thinking. Yes, you are right! HAPPY THINKING. One should make a mental list of happy thoughts and pass them through mind several times everyday. If an unhappy thought should enter your mind, immediately stop, consciously reject it, and substitute a happy thought.
Every morning before arising, try to lie relaxed on bed, and deliberately drop happy thoughts into your conscious mind. Let a series of pictures pass across your mind of each happy experience you expect to have during the day. Savor their joy. Such thoughts will help cause events to turn out that way. Do not affirm that things will not go well that day. By merely saying that, you can actually help make it so. You will draw to yourself every factor, large and small, that will contribute to unhappy conditions.
I hope with this and with the right attitude, each day of your life will be a memorable and meaningful to cherish with. That’s it for now, gotta bounce’ see yah!
