Kick Start
How to kick start your day….
There’s something that we forgot along the line….
The art of a day’s kick start

Image via Wikipedia
Rule 1 : Don’t get up all groggy.
If you start the day all groaning and complaining, it’s going to be really difficult waking up, that’s for sure!
Tell yourself – “You are the King/Queen!! The world’s waiting for you to rule !”
Ridiculous as it may seem, try telling yourself this first thing in the morning. Packing breakfast for your kids, confirming the appointment with the doctor, recalculating the month’s rent, etc will all seem to be less demanding on your energy….do you know why? Because, you’re the King/Queen and the world CANNOT move on without you!
Rule 2 : Smile
If you wake up with a smile, trust assured there’s a positive energy kicking away negativity even before you realise it! Although auras and vibes may not be believed by many, the scientific explanation could be that positive thoughts as opposed to negative thoughtsdo not promote secretion of toxins in your body. A smile can also get the others around you in a pleasanter mood. Your dad might actually give you the keys to his car! You may never know what a smile can do.
Rule 3 : Be thankful
Thank the creator for all things big and small. Be grateful for every breath you take.
If you’re an atheist, be thankful for the time and effort that got you where you are.
A small sign of courtesy could catapult you ahead of others that start the very same 24 hours.
Rule 4 : Break-fast
Don’t skip your breakfast. Your body had been on hunger strike all night and you need to give it a break! Instead of indulging in greasy food, try the healthier food category. It may not be to your liking, but rest assured you’re helping your body more than you think!
Try these 4 simple rules….it could possibly turn your morning a little different than you actually think!! Try it out for yourself and feel the difference.

Thanks for a really inspiring article. I liked the part about being a Queen upon waking every day. I will try to remember this from now on. I think being thankful is a very good way to be as well. Thanks for the advice.
