Laugh on Me
Take a break from the seriousness of life, to smile and laugh. These are important ingredients for your health and well being. A humorous look at this issue.
If however it is difficult to find something to draw your smile, perhaps one of the best things you can do is to go to a nearby zoo or walk to where a crowd of people linger. Once there at either place, lift up your head and look around awhile at the life before you. It’s almost guaranteed you will find something to smile about or tickle you to laughter; there’s always an ape monkeying around. Life forms including people are funny, especially children. You might see almost any thing which can bring out a chuckle from within you. From the way people walk or talk, how they react to others and their gestures, the way they act and the things they do, out of these you will see activities you can find a smile or more.
This is not about making fun of animals or people, but instead finding the humor which animals and people normally exhibit and unwittingly display each day. Don’t be surprised while you’re drawing humor from what you see from others, someone maybe laughing at you. If hanging out in public places doesn’t work for you, then search out people who have a gift or make a career of making you laugh. Seek out people who are funny or better yet a comedian. There are plenty of slapstick technicians around.
Cherish comedians for what they accomplish; they are a precious commodity, even if they spend most of their time ridiculing you. Think of what your world would be like without them. I shun the thoughts of an Orwellian Society, when the chieftains of society control the way we live or if we can smile.
A smile reflects the wellness of your heart. I wish your heart to be healthy. Laugh on me.
