Self help comes in many forms, but the most beneficial method is the internal work that leads to changing ones self.

  1. Internal work is knowing that you are responsible for your own actions.
  2. Do not blame others for your problems.
  3. Understanding that making your own changes will create a positive future.
  4. Make your mission statement to be the best you possible.
  • Rule yourself
  • Hope
  • Dream
  • Keep busy

Achieving your goal for change: First tell yourself that you are worthy of change.

Believe in yourself: Know that change is not impossible, that you have the power and the strength to change.

Let go: Of all of your self-sacrificing behaviors. Include putting everyone but yourself first in your life.

Incorporate only things that reflect your highest good. Include rituals that are comforting, such as reading positive statements from your favorite authors.

Journaling: So that you will know your internal self when you meet. Journaling is a form of self-expression that helps to develop openness of thoughts and feelings.

Remember that the hopes, and dreams created today are the things that make your future worth living.
